Capturing Moments & Telling Stories
Brandon & Heather's Engagement
Brandon and Heather were such a great couple to work with. They came with their best smiles and even though it was out of the ordinarily warm for the fall season they didn't even seem phased. We had.a few laughs and had a great time together. I love having the opportunity to get to know my clients during the sessions. I can't wait for their big day to get here! Congrats you guys!

Shane & Katie
I truly enjoy my time spent with Katie and Shane. I've known Katie for some time, but here recently she called me up and asked if I could take some pictures of her and her husband. Little did she know shortly after I had delivered her pictures, her baby boy would also be delivered! Katie and Shane were surprised to find out that the baby boy they would adopt had been born and they were now new parents! How amazing is that?! They had no idea that this was the last time they would take photos of themselves as a family of two and now become a family of three. I'm overjoyed for them, and can't wait to see their little bundle of joy!

Mr. & Mrs. Maddux
When Matt met Riley, he met his future. The way they love each other makes all those fairy tale movies seem more comical than romantic. When they found each other they found themselves. The other half that was missing was finally complete. Their wedding was perfect! The venue was gorgeous, but when Matt saw his bride coming down the aisle he was in awe of her beauty. Riley looked stunning as a bride, and to complete her look Matt had custom jewelry made from family heirlooms. It was a wonderful day, the weather was perfect, and everyone enjoyed the food and games at the reception. It couldn't have been planned or put together more perfectly. It was one of my favorite weddings I've ever been apart of, aside from mine of course!
Myles Beckham
It was so much fun getting to do these photos of Myles. He was due for a nap and didn't even try to fight it. For such a tired baby he sure was happy! He was awake for just a couple photos and then he just fell fast asleep. He loves to be outside so a nap under the trees sounded like a good idea to him! The last time I took his photos was after he came home from the hospital. Since then he has grown so much, and I can't wait to see him again!

Matt & Riley's Engagement
I don't even know where to begin with Matt and Riley's story. I guess we can start with their engagement. Their engagement photos was on the hottest day of the summer. We met at eight o'clock in the morning and it was already about eighty-five degrees out. We took some photos for about thirty-five to forty minutes, and then we decided we had melted enough for the time being and we left to go get something to eat. Little did Riley know I was planning a little bit of a surprise for her. You see, Riley wanted her wedding to be decorated with her favorite flower, sunflowers. So I just couldn't do their engagement photos without having sunflowers in them! I found a local sunflower field and scheduled an appointment for later that evening. Now, let's go back to the story. After we had breakfast we went back to where my car was and I decided to leave and prepare for later that evening. We had to find a way to meet up with Matt and Riley again so it didn't seem too conspicuous. So later that day I contacted Matt and we made plans to have dinner. When I arrived I told them I had another location near by and asked if they wouldn't mind smiling for a few more photos. They loved the idea and after dinner we drove out to the surprise location. Riley was surprised to find the sunflower field! She had no idea, and it made the day worth it all! The heat was almost unbearable, but we stuck it out and created some of the most stunning photos! In the end if you have the opportunity to make something extra special, do it you won't regret it!
Mr & Mrs Valencia
Juan and Hannah have a bit of a surprise for you. They happened to already be married on their wedding day! They said their vows before the big day at the courthouse. Then they decided to have a wedding, and invite all their friends to celebrate with them! It was a beautiful day out, and the sun was shinning! I loved that they chose to do a first look together. I feel like it can be more intimate and can calm any nerves you might have. This day was all about celebrating their love for each other, and to share it with the ones they love. Everyone had an amazing time together, and I think anyone would agree with me that Juan and Hannah were meant to be!

The Goff Family
The Goff family is one of the nicest families I've had the pleasure to photograph. I love their story! They chose the location because they are planning on building their dream home here. This is where their future starts, this farm. Where memories are to be made, and treasured. I loved being able to take their photos exactly where they had planned to put their home. Where one day they would have family get togethers, and celebrate holidays. You could tell this land was cared for, and this family loved each other. You could see their excitement about what the future held. It was so fun to be here at this moment with them, because it was just the beginning of a beautiful story.

Juan & Hannah
Hannah and I go way back, but this was my first time meeting Juan. It was a pleasure to meet him, and not long into their engagement photos I could see how much he cared for Hannah. It was nice to see how happy he made her, and to see her laugh. Hannah is one of the sweetest, but toughest girls I know! We had such a great time together doing their engagement photos, and I loved catching up and hearing about how her and Juan met. The time spent together was full of laughter and love. I couldn't think of a better way to spend the day!
