Things to Know
My favorite thing about taking photos is knowing that I get to be a part of telling your family's history. From Engagements, Saying "I do", newborns and families too, they're all important because it's the history of our lives. My photography style is warm and timeless. I like to get to know my clients so I can convey their stories and show their personalities. I'm a location photographer which means I do not have a studio, and I do everything on location. Newborn sessions are normally done in clients' homes with a lifestyle feel. I do require a non-refundable deposit, and a signed portrait agreement to reserve the day. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out!
Ordering Session
Stress-free is my policy! I want this to be an enjoyable experience, and that's why I do ordering sessions with portrait clients. After each session, we will schedule an ordering session about one to two weeks after the session date. We'll get together at a local coffee shop or in your home, and I will bring your photos for you to select your favorites. Once we narrow down your favorites you can place your order. I keep up with photo numbers, lists, editing, and placing your order so all that you have to worry about is which of your favorite images to print!
Portrait Pricing
To book a portrait session such as families, couples, maternity, senior portraits, there is a $100 session fee due at booking. The $100 serves as your deposit and is non-refundable. Prints can be purchased a la carte, and I'd be more than happy to send you my price list. There is a $200 minimum order requirement for purchasing prints or a digital collection. One to two hours are set aside for your scheduled day. Traveling to the location should be within a 30 mile radius of my home in Scottsville, KY. After the session, we will schedule an Ordering Session to view your photos and select your favorites!

FAQ
Are my photos protected?
After every Portrait session and wedding, I back up all photos taken to an external hard drive and a backup external hard drive. Plus your finished photos are uploaded to an online gallery and stored there.
What kind of gear do you use?
I use a Nikon DSLR camera with an FX sensor with a wide variety of lenses with fixed focal lengths.
I have an external flash and light diffusers.
Do I use props?
I typically don't use props in my sessions. I will bring a blanket and a small stool/crate for outdoor sessions for some sitting options. If you have anything you'd like to incorporate into the session like a family heirloom or something that relates to your relationship I would love to discuss that with you.
Why should I have an "unplugged" wedding?
This is a day you have invested a lot into! I highly suggest unplugged weddings because I didn't. Most "Unplugged Weddings" are mostly just during the ceremony. So your not getting cameras/phones in your photos of you walking down the aisle. Which is what happened to me. During the reception is generally okay for guest to have their cameras out.
